Job Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options.
• Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts.
• Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road.
• Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises.
• Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of prior service writing experience (CDK experience is a major plus!)
• Availability: A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
