As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in our guests’ experience—serving as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, and helping keep our busy shop running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous service writing experience is strongly recommended
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
