Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories.
• Fulfill internal parts requests promptly to support efficient shop operations.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries professionally.
• Research part numbers and availability using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and inventory control.
• Coordinate special orders and communicate updates to customers and service staff.
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Follow dealership policies and procedures
