Responsibilities
- Oversight of the drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Ownership of the customer's experience through additional assignments that enhance the dealership's reputation.
- Concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in-person, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Distribution of work between technicians to optimize service efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Team player mentality.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, repair procedures, and service specifications.
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
