What to Expect in the Role

• Posting technicians service time into the computer.
• Processing, completing, and billing of all service work orders.
• Entering employee payroll information into the computer system for processing.
• Aiding in the collection of money for completed service work and ensuring service work is properly charged out.
• Aiding service technicians with customer follow-ups and handling customer service issues.
• Registering new and used equipment with proper delivery dates with the manufacturer.
