Leadership Responsibilities
- Supports RV Retailer’s Core Values, Leadership Qualities, and Mission and Vision.
- Communicates effectively to set clear vision, direction, and goals for the team.
- Motivates the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
- Ensures accountability from individuals and teams to meet goals and win!
- Leads by example on the front lines with customers and associates.
- Fosters an environment where the team feels comfortable approaching leadership with ideas and issues.
- Recruits, retains, and develops talent through coaching and training.
- Invests in the people they lead, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the company vision.
- Drives a culture of exceptional customer experience.
Operational Responsibilities
- Works closely with market, region, and executive leaders in areas of Service, Parts, Marketing, Human Resources, and Accounting.
- Enforces company procedures.
- Maximizes productivity levels of Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
- Maintains effective and productive shop structure.
- Trains and develops staff for growth and increased performance.
- Supports customer pay sales and other growth initiatives in service and parts.
- Maintains proper staff levels to benchmark metrics.
- Manages and maintains store controllable expense elements.
- Analyzes the business and develops action plans to improve performance.
- Provides strong service leadership.
- Drives business by example with a high degree of involvement in day-to-day processes.
- Regularly coaches and trains associates.
- Maintains a clean, well-organized service shop, office, and parts retail area.
- Resolves customer complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
