Polk Mechanical is seeking a Service Account Manager - Field responsible for managing client relationships, driving service sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact for service clients and supports growth of service agreements and recurring revenue. Manage and grow assigned client accountsDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsIdentify and pursue service sales opportunitiesCoordinate service delivery and customer needsSupport pricing, proposals, and contract developmentMonitor account performance and customer satisfactionCollaborate with service and operations teamsBachelor's degree preferred3-7+ years in service, sales, or account managementExperience in construction or technical service industry preferredStrong customer relationship skillsSales and negotiation abilitiesExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts
