About the role

As Servery Staff at Woodberry Village in Winston Hills, you’ll create a positive mealtime experience that supports residents’ health, dignity, and emotional wellbeing through attentive service and collaboration with kitchen and care teams. Your role includes preparing food, serving meals, setting up dining areas, supporting dietary needs, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment—all delivered with warmth and professionalism.

• Support residents’ dietary needs and meal choices
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen areas
• Foster a warm, dignified mealtime experience through respectful interaction

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
• Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
• Hospitality or customer service experience
• Food service or kitchen experience
• Empathy and respect for elderly residents
• Attention to detail for dietary requirements
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
