Servers Needed - Doc Crow's Indianapolis

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Sets up and cleans station before, during and after shift.
• Takes accurate food orders from guests and monitors food distribution.
• Ensures meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and presented.
• Checks station for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Absorbs all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol.
• Knows all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Team player.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
