Doc Crows seeking experienced servers

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join their team at Doc Crows! SHG is an organization committed to hospitality, respect, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of station before, during, and after shift
• Absorbs and enforces all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
• Knows and serves all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
• One (1) year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role
• Familiarity with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds
• Flexible working hours and shifts

Pay

Compensation range: $2.13 per hour
