Responsibilities

• Handle orders and payments at the register
• Prepare and cook burgers and fries on the grill
• Assist with morning prep and evening close tasks
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging work environment
• Participate in the Secret Shopper program to earn cash bonuses

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage in team activities
• Basic computer skills for using POS systems
• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment preferred
• Willingness to work in a casual, family-owned setting
