Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Server to support polished, attentive service, premier dining experiences for the Yacht StarShip. From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the cruise Take accurate food and beverage orders; assist with menu selections and suggestive selling Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards Maintain polished dining room presentation with properly set and reset tables Ensure menus are clean, accurate, and properly placed Keep dining rooms, service stations, and public areas organized and guest-ready Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and Board of Health standards Participate in safety drills and comply with all maritime safety proceduresArrive in uniform, complete pre- and post-shift duties, and support otherdepartments as neededMaintain professionalism and discretion at all times Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership What You Bring 2-3 years of serving experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven service environment Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for guest interactionAbility to safely navigate stairs while carrying service items Ability to carry and balance service trays or items up to 50 lbsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as neededAbility to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hoursValid Food Handler’s Card preferred (e.g., ServSafe) preferred upon hire, or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hireValid Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state-approved equivalent) preferred upon hire or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay + TipsMedical & ancillary benefits (Full-time Employees)401(k) with Employer MatchSubsidized ParkingComplimentary Cruise Tickets & Brand Discounts Ready to help Yacht StarShip Create a Sea of Memories?
