Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional dining experience.
• Explain menus and daily specials; answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams to support timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Process guest payments and follow service and payment procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service stations.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards.
