Responsibilities

As a server at Cracker Barrel, you’ll bring country hospitality to the table. Your role is about creating meaningful moments for guests through small but important gestures, such as:

• Providing extra touches like an additional lemon for iced tea
• Engaging with guests by asking about their day
• Knowing when to clear plates and anticipating needs
• Showing genuine appreciation for every guest

You’ll also manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
