The Canterbury offers a Server position ideal for those seeking part-time, flexible work with no late nights—perfect for students, individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, or anyone looking to supplement their income in a non-tipping environment. Scholarships and bonuses are available, and residents participate in a year-end bonus program for the team.

Pay

$21.00 per hour + 10% monthly bonus for zero unscheduled absences (average $300–$500 additional bonus pay per month). Year-end bonus also provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous meal service to residents and guests
• Participate in set-up, service, and breakdown of special functions
• Greet residents, take food and beverage orders, and serve according to accepted methods in a timely manner
• Continuously refill beverages
• Relay orders—including special accommodations or adjustments—to the kitchen and serve courses from the kitchen
• Communicate any food issues to the kitchen and correct errors
• Portion and garnish plates prior to serving, if necessary
• Serve and portion pre-made soups and salads

Schedule

Days and shifts vary, including weekends and holidays.
