Hill Country Barbecue Market is seeking experienced servers to join our team. We serve freshly smoked meats every day, along with a rotating menu of seasonal sides, specials, and desserts.

• Talk guests through our menu and cuisine
• Upsell guests on specials, cocktails, and add-ons
• Close out checks with accuracy
• Work in a team environment that includes hosts, bussers, bartenders, and managers

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience
• Experience using Aloha
• Experience serving barbecue
• Experience working with large groups
