Server/Supervisor - Dual Rate

About the role

Responsible for planning and developing menus with pricing, implementing cost control procedures, and analyzing food and beverage financial performance.

Key duties

• Evaluate purchasing, market conditions, and raw material availability to optimize operations
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across food and beverage outlets
• Indirectly supervise purchasing staff related to controlled beverages
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, departmental, and company policies, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service

Qualifications & skills

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
• Professional appearance and team player attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to respond to visual and oral cues
• Ability to resolve conflicts tactfully
• Must maintain a valid gaming license
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
