Server - Sterling Inn

Part-time opportunity with multiple shifts available (6AM - 6:30PM, including some weekends and holidays).

Pay

$16.90 - $17.25/hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Greet residents and families
• Assist residents in selecting food and beverages by presenting the menu, making suggestions, and explaining daily specials
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Maintain grooming and presentation standards, including a clean uniform at all times
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Positive interpersonal skills
• Food handler's card
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 15 pounds
• Customer service experience
• Must pass drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
