Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service. We are looking for an energetic, personable Server who loves creating memorable dining experiences, connecting with guests, and being part of a close-knit team.

Position Details

Location: Café 52 at Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Pay: $14/hour + Service Fee Pooling

Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (November – Early April)

Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; must also be willing to work holidays

Start Date: 11/19/2026

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations
• Share knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, efficient service
• Maintain clean and organized service stations and dining areas
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
• Accurately process payments and complete end-of-shift reporting
• Support special events to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale or full-service restaurant
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for exceptional hospitality
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and the ability to stay composed during busy service
