Server - Strabane Trails Village

About the role

Strabane Trails Village is a dynamic retirement living community that shares a campus with Strabane Woods assisted living community in Washington, PA. As part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, the three-story retirement community brings our residents affordable and worry-free living in beautiful, private surroundings, close to the growing Racetrack Road retail district.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests
• Serve residents in the main dining room and at special functions
• Prepare some simple or "light" food items and beverage prep
• Bus tables (clearing, cleaning, and resetting)
• Complete other cleaning assignments as directed

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork
• Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different
• Have good attention to detail and time management

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $15.00/hour - $17.00/hour; Depending on experience
• Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt
• 11 AM – 7:30 PM with every other weekend
