At Cracker Barrel, servers bring country hospitality to life by creating memorable guest moments. You’ll greet guests, take orders, deliver food, and ensure every visit is special—from remembering a guest’s favorite drink to knowing when to clear a plate. No tip sharing; your tips are yours, 100% every time. We welcome newcomers and provide full training, so no prior restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly table service to guests
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with genuine hospitality
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak times
