About the role

Join us at Outlook Inn & New Leaf Cafe, where you'll bring beautiful spaces to life and delight guests with unmatched experiences. You'll engage guests, navigate menu offerings, and deliver an unrivaled service experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and serves food and beverage items according to established standards
• Enters orders into the computerized Point of Sale system and communicates special requests to the culinary team
• Assembles food items, ensuring attractive and consistent presentation
• Maintains food and beverage items at the correct temperature
• Keeps current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes and sold-out items
• Processes guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
• Keeps work area clean and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a similar restaurant environment
• Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (3-5 days per week)
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

Qualifications
