Responsibilities
- Complete defect logging, form completion, and tagging of defective components
- Follow detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures strictly
- Perform multiple tasks in the assembly of slot machines, up to and including final assembly
- Conduct visual and functional checks/tests to ensure world-class quality
- Implement more complex tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance
- Report safety concerns and quality issues to Manufacturing Leadership
- Perform accurate transactions within D365
- Adhere to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines
- Participate in company health and safety programs and align with OSHA policies
- Complete all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry or warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
- Proficiency with standard hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers
- Ability to follow complex machine and component assembly instructions
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) preferred
- Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience preferred
- Understanding of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment and work independently
- Understanding and adherence to ISO/Quality standards
- Highly responsible and diligent with sensitivity to regulatory implications
Qualifications
- Environmental Demands: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good hearing and visual acuity are required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds. Employees must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable. Must be able to comfortably maneuver around an office or production environment. Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions, in and outdoors. Must have the manual dexterity to operate office data processing equipment/devices, computer systems, and operate material handling tools and equipment. Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift.
