Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Process transactions and resolve issues related to rewards programs
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with account management
• Handle escalations and complaints professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
