About the role

At The Evergreen Inn, part of Agemark Senior Living, we believe dining is more than a meal—it's an experience. As a Server, you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while building meaningful connections with the residents you serve every day.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders
  • Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Aid with set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies
  • Support community events and special dining experiences
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment

Requirements

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but training will be provided to the right candidate
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for helping others
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay

  • $15.00 per hour

Schedule

  • This full-time position offers consistent hours and includes a combination of morning, midday, and evening shifts based on the needs of the community.
  • Team members should be available to work any of the following shifts:
    • 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
    • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
    • 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
