SERVER Full-Time

About the Role

Covenant Woods is seeking experienced, friendly, and customer‑focused full‑time servers to join an outstanding dining team. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working with a supportive team, and prefer an evening‑free schedule.

Pay

$15‑21 hourly, based on experience.

Schedule

11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Every other weekend required.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with residents and co‑workers
• Clear understanding of therapeutic diets
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow directions
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, carry up to 25 lb, and push up to 200 lb
• Regular use of hearing, taste, and smell; vision requirements include distance, color, and focus adjustment
• Frequent exposure to hot and cold work areas, wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and mildly abrasive chemicals
