About the role

Join our Dining Services team as a Full-Time Server and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents through outstanding hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve residents with professionalism and kindness.
• Take meal and beverage orders and deliver meals promptly.
• Set up and maintain the dining room before and after meal service.
• Aid residents with meal selections and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous restaurant, server, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• You must be dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about serving others.
