Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dining service to residents while fostering meaningful connections.
- Aid in seating arrangements and assist residents in selecting meals.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of flatware and glassware.
- Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
- Ensure safety and sanitation by setting and clearing tables, arranging seating, and cleaning dining and kitchen areas.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Collaborate and team up with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow emergency protocols.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.

- Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.

Pay
$15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Part Time | 24 hours/pay period | 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. | includes weekend and holiday rotation.
