Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to residents while fostering meaningful connections.
• Aid in seating arrangements and assist residents in selecting meals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of flatware and glassware.
• Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
• Ensure safety and sanitation by setting and clearing tables, arranging seating, and cleaning dining and kitchen areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Collaborate and team up with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow emergency protocols.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.

• Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.

Pay

$15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule

Part Time | 24 hours/pay period | 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. | includes weekend and holiday rotation.
