Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dining service to residents while fostering meaningful connections.
- Aid in meal selections and ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Offer a warm smile and play a key role in helping residents enjoy each mealtime with dignity, joy, and companionship.
- Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests.
- Ensure safety and sanitation by setting and clearing tables, arranging seating, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware.
- Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
- Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow emergency protocols.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.

- Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.

Pay
Pay Range: $15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Part Time | 32 hours/pay period | Day Shift | Every other weekend and holiday rotation
