• 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Includes every other weekend and holiday

Pay

Range: $19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities

Direct Client Care – Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.

Support Daily Living – Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.

Monitor Health Changes – Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.

Create a Welcoming Place – Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.

Other Duties as Assigned – Ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus
• Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions
• Ability to pass state mandated background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors
