Duties And Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes drink and food order; provides information about menu items and looks for opportunity for additional sales.
• Accurately processes transactions through the POS.
• Responds appropriately to customer concerns.
• Safeguards the cleanliness, sanitation, and stock levels of the bar.
• Fulfills inventory needs and orders replacement items as necessary.
• Maintains guest loyalty and enhances selling skills using available training materials.
• Maintains a clean, organized work environment that is free of safety hazards, including sweeping and mopping.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety guidelines.
• Works various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
• Communicates effectively and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Adapts to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Handles various tasks with self-motivation and prioritization.

Position Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of math to calculate costs, make change, and handle cash transactions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and with others.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment in customer interactions and peer relations.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures.

Pay

$16.50 per hour plus tips.
