Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent hospitality from arrival to departure
• Learn and confidently explain the menu, beverages, specials, and afternoon tea offerings
• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar team
• Maintain strong table presence, timing, and guest follow-up throughout service
• Upsell food, beverages, and featured items in a professional way
• Support side work, opening and closing duties, and overall dining room organization
• Work as part of a team to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced brunch environment
• Handle guest needs or concerns with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

• Previous restaurant serving experience required
• High-volume brunch or upscale casual experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability is required
