Responsibilities Job Description Always maintain an uncompromised professionalism and composure and all situations. Shares a passion for product and provides epic guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship. Converts guests into “High West Whiskey Ambassador’s” through detailed knowledge of HW whiskeys, cocktails, food and their availability. Educates guests in an honest way about the history of our home, our whiskey, and our food. Ensures guest expectations are met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed. Maintains the details of table and restaurant cleanliness in all areas of the building, throughout all hours. Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner.Works closely with Lead Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift.Values the importance of internal hospitality and the necessary team environment this promotes.
