Responsibilities

• Maintain uncompromised professionalism and composure in all situations.
• Share a passion for the product and provide epic guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship.
• Convert guests into “High West Whiskey Ambassadors” through detailed knowledge of HW whiskeys, cocktails, food, and their availability.
• Educate guests honestly about the history of the location, whiskey, and food.
• Ensure guest expectations are met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and restaurant areas throughout all hours.
• Complete set-up, side work, and closing tasks as assigned in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Lead Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift.
• Value internal hospitality and promote a necessary team environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Works outdoors and indoors.
• Works in warm and cold climates.
• Works in high places and on wet surfaces.
• Exposed to loud noise, fumes, and/or toxic chemicals.
• Works near moving mechanical parts and lift truck traffic.
• Must be able to move up to 55 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Lifting may be required.
