Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Alcohol certification required (TABC, BASSET)
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- Take the order and input it into the Point of Sale computer
- Retrieve order from kitchen and confirm its accuracy
- Deliver order to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
