Server - Houston

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Alcohol certification required (TABC, BASSET)
• Prior serving experience preferred
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Service food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery, and clearing
• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions
• Take orders and input into POS system
• Retrieve and confirm accuracy of orders before delivering to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service
• Absorb state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
