Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere by interacting with all guests.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system.
• Observe and respond to guests’ needs or requests.
• Present guest checks and facilitate payment, including making correct change or completing charge card procedures.
• Clear and reset dining room tables.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris from floors, and wipe down booth seats throughout the restaurant.
• Transports plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds (such as a case of beer) up to 15 times per shift.

Physical Requirements

• Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Move and grasp items up to five pounds regularly.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Bend and stoop as needed.
• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness throughout the restaurant and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Pay

Paid the tip credit minimum wage plus tips. Actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
