Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Alcohol certification required (TABC, BASSET)
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
Responsibilities
- Service food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery, and clearing of items
- Check station for proper set-up and cleanliness before, during, and after shift
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions
- Take orders and input into Point of Sale computer
- Retrieve and confirm accuracy of orders before delivering to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service
- Absorb and comply with all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
