About the Role

As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Server to join the Food and Beverage Team at this Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond property. The hotel features 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and four food and beverage outlets: an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

Schedule

This is a union position requiring complete open availability. Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs, and may be minimal until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their meal experience.
• Master the menu, including all items, promotions, and specials, to confidently assist guests and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage the food service station, ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member well-being.
