Server - Full-time

Schedule

Full-Time, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm with occasional 11 am – 7 pm shifts; weekends and some holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Help create an incredible dining experience for residents.
• Build relationships with residents and consistently deliver restaurant‑level service.
• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the state‑of‑the‑art point‑of‑sale system.
• Complete all dining‑room opening and closing duties as established by the community.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper school‑work authorization (if applicable).
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Strong customer‑service presentation skills.
