About the role

Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Server to join our team. Our Servers play a vital role in our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, while creating a warm and welcoming environment to all members of our community.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt and efficient service during mealtimes
• Engaging with residents in a friendly and respectful manner
• Creating a sense of community through meaningful interaction
• Taking guest orders and ensuring accuracy of food and beverages being served
• Ensuring each guest's dining experience is tailored to their preferences and individual needs
• Assisting in organizing and catering special events, parties, and functions within the community
• Serving as hosts during special functions, fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere
• Addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Assisting in clearing and cleaning tables promptly and resetting for next meal service
• Working closely with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in delivering exceptional service

Schedule

Full-time Servers are scheduled up to 40 hours per week and includes working every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability and willingness to learn
