Server: Full-Time

Position Summary

Brookdale Rosehill is an assisted living and skilled nursing community in Shawnee, Kansas. We provide compassionate, resident-centered, round-the-clock care to seniors in an assisted living and memory care environment. The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to residents in a warm, welcoming, and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for meal service, including table setup and stocking service areas
• Serve meals, beverages, and desserts to residents in a timely and courteous manner
• Clear and reset tables during and after meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas
• Aid with meal service preparation and closing duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Foster positive relationships with residents and team members
• Ensure resident satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience preferred, but not required
