Server - Contribution Lounge | Part Time

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the bar area.
• Offer customized cocktail recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Build rapport with guests through friendly and engaging conversations.
• Adhere to state and local serving guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous bar, lounge, or restaurant serving experience required.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation standards.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
