Seis Kitchen is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused Servers to join our team! As a Server, you play a key role in providing a welcoming experience for our guests while ensuring prompt and thoughtful service. We are a growing, local business that takes pride in serving award-winning food made with fresh ingredients. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional service, answering questions about the menu and accommodating dietary needs.
- Ensure tables and the dining area remain clean and organized.
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with side work, stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support fellow team members to create a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional hospitality and create a positive dining experience.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and beverages (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
