Server/Bartender Men's Grill

About the Role

New Albany Country Club is a prestigious private country club in scenic New Albany, Ohio, seeking server/bartenders to work in our Men's Grill dining outlet. The club is conveniently located just 5 minutes from I-270 and OH-161 and 10 minutes from Easton.

The Men's Grill is a "men only" casual dining outlet that provides golf members and guests with exceptional and expedient food and drinks before or after rounds, during special events, or for those just looking to relax and rejuvenate.

Job Environment

This is a fast-paced, food service-oriented atmosphere in a fun, upbeat, and friendly environment. The workplace is team-oriented, allowing for efficiency and expedience, and works closely with multiple club operations, including golf, bath and tennis, à la carte dining, and catering.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up for success in delivering great experiences.
• Be consistently available to members and guests via the Men's Grill, Men's Locker Room, and Halfway House.
• Ensure the proper setup of individual rooms and areas daily.
• Maintain consistent high service standards as outlined in training.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials not listed directly on the menu.
• Follow daily opening/closing procedures, complete checklists, and independently execute day-to-day operations.
• Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Learn members' names and greet them warmly to provide a personalized welcome.
• Assist fellow team members in delivering unique, personalized service.
• Possess explicit knowledge of all liquors, mixed drinks, beers, and wines offered by the club.
• Follow all club safety protocols for members, employees, and yourself.

Requirements

• Open availability preferred; must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Flexibility to perform in various roles based on the club's needs.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay

$18.00/hour plus tips.
