Server/Bartender Events Part-Time On Call $11.41 - $15/hr + Tips

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to Guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform necessary tasks to service Guests, including taking and filling drink orders and maintaining dining area cleanliness.
• Know and apply knowledge of event menus and offerings to enhance Guest-dining experience.
• Restock stations with required items for service.
• Ensure Guests' needs are met continuously and fulfill all requests promptly.
• Participate as a team member in producing a smoothly run operation meeting high Guest service standards.
• Assist other personnel with maintenance and opening/closing duties as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary area in compliance with health regulations.
• Understand and comply with the Dram Shop Act and Servers’ responsibilities.

Requirements

• One (1) year of server experience preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Training required within two (2) months and provided as needed.
• Ability to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority.
• Compliance with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference exercised in hiring process.
• Physical abilities: talk and hear, effective communication, see and adjust focus, stand, walk, sit, lift up to twenty-five (25) lbs.
