Server/Barista for FRSH By Aroma 360

FRSH brings a fresh approach to everyday dining with vibrant poke bowls, spring rolls, and hand rolls inspired by Asian flavors and Miami’s tropical energy. Our menu combines seafood, crisp vegetables, tropical fruit, and signature sauces for satisfying bites full of flavor.

FRSH by Aroma360 is looking for a friendly, reliable Server / Barista with hands-on experience preparing matcha. This role combines attentive guest service with consistent beverage preparation in a fresh, modern dining concept.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve poke bowls, spring rolls, and hand rolls.
• Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using proper measuring, sifting, whisking, and water-temperature techniques.
• Prepare coffee and accommodate guests’ milk preferences.
• Follow beverage recipes to maintain consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Process payments accurately through the POS system.
• Keep tables, service areas, and beverage stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety standards and communicate allergy requests clearly with the kitchen.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and upsell
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality
• Prior experience preparing sushi in a restaurant or similar setting
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous server, barista, or café experience preferred
• Matcha preparation experience required, including preparing smooth, clump-free matcha and hot and iced lattes
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
