Responsibilities

• Maintain complete working knowledge of: Proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations All liquor brands, beers, and wines Resort offerings All company policies and procedures Safety practices
• Set-up function rooms and spaces, including tables, linens, food and beverage stations, and other event components according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and according to supervisor’s instructions.
• Serve food and beverage in accordance to standards and in accordance to the instructions of supervisors and management.
• Serving room refreshes and cleaning as needed.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly. Ensure appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards. Ensure all event and work spaces remain organized, maintained, and visually appealing.
• Breakdown function rooms and/or breaks at the conclusion of functions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all storage and work areas.

• Must be able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours minimum per day
