About the role

Part-time Server position with a schedule from 6:30am to 2:30pm, providing exemplary food and beverage service to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting.

New starting wage of $15.14/hour.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment.
• Perform table service and maintain excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Serve meals in a friendly, caring, professional, and timely manner according to the meal ticket.
• Assist residents with all dining needs while performing table service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure all residents have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (students working toward a diploma are eligible).
• Full understanding of food service methods in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with older adults in a dining setting.

Pay

$15.14/hour.

Schedule

6:30am to 2:30pm.
