About the role

The White Chocolate Grill in Scottsdale is now hiring Servers to join their exceptional front-of-house restaurant team. They are looking for hospitality-focused individuals who are passionate about food, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly restaurant service
• Learning the menu, food, and beverage offerings and testing that knowledge
• Previous serving experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Looking for long-term employment, not a seasonal role
• Able to walk for long periods of time
• Able to climb stairs
• Able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40lbs
• Able to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
• Able to work in a noisy and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold

Pay

Training Pay: $15.15/hour
Base Pay after Server Training: $12.15/hour + tips
Average tips range from $30-$40/hour in addition to Base Pay after training

Early nights: We close at 9:00pm!
