The company operates Applebee’s locations under the “Legacy Apple” brand, emphasizing the guiding value “Be a Good Neighbor.” The Server role invites you to create memorable experiences by serving food, drinks, and caring for guests’ needs so they want to return.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via the point‑of‑sale computerized register system.
• Observe and serve guests, responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table and facilitate payment, making correct change or completing charge card procedures.
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining‑room tables.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats throughout the restaurant.
• Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen (approximately 30 times per shift).
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required for the entire shift.

Physical Requirements

• Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Move and grasp items up to five pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds (e.g., a case of beer) up to 15 times per shift.
• Bend and stoop as needed.
• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Pay

Paid the tip‑credit minimum wage plus tips. This is an average estimate; actual take‑home pay varies based on availability.
